The people of Kennington have decided to protest against Mayor Ken’s congestion charges. I wish I knew how I felt about this. Somebody has to do something about the chronic chaos that is London’s transport system but I am not opposed to congestion charges as such.

Well, this looked like it was going to be a big story today. Apparently, some minor Royals are living in London Palaces at rents significantly less than you or I would be paying for something much smaller.
